Re: next gun
Straight pull M1 carbine is on my list. Local Firearms Licensing have had my variation for over 2 months...
Re: next gun
Next one, well it is here already, a Fabrique Nationale built Mauser M1930 chambered in 8 × 57 IS. I will hopefully have a set of ring bases for it tomorrow, I have a suitably old Pecar 6X45 with a #10 reticle to compliment it. I will add a Timney trigger to it and then all that is left is to bend the bolt handle down to clear the 'scope and I have my very own Ersatz FN Sniper. I have wanted a Mauser Sniper for ages however they are invariably copies and I would always be wary of buying one so I decided to build an FN Sniper instead, something that was never built in its proposed guise so no fear of it being hawked out as anything but what it is. Plus the added bonus of not a single crisp new Waffenamt in sight

Would be about the only thing I'd like to ever add.
Well, other than a straight pull version of one of those Sport Systeme-Dittrich FG42 reproductions

Probably would have to sell the No.5 though....and can't see me doing that for a good few years....if at all.
Re: next gun
I dunno, I bought a K22 LBP and a 12G Supernova already this month, might have to wait until next payday to buy another gun.

Henry .22 pump action. It was bought and paid for 6 weeks ago, but Cheshire FEO's are taking their own sweet time with the variation.

Re: next gun
Steyr AUG straight-pull... been on my bucket list of guns for a couple of years.
Nearly had one down at Phoenix a few years ago but missed it by 2 mins, and there was one advertised on here last year(?), but I had deposits down on 2 other guns at the time, and i didn't think SWMBO would agree to a 3rd...

Re: next gun
I have an 1887 on hold for me, while dealer is on holiday, so waiting for the end of the month now.
I have slots for an M1 carbine, but was advised to hold off on buying for a month or two, as there are some rumblings about them atm, sounds like its some fall out from suffolk rifles.
either that, or still looking for some sort of 45acp rifle to come up 2nd hand.
oh and a few more 7.3's are in for variation :)

Re: next gun
Got slots waiting for a No. 5 Made at BSA But waiting for the right one to come along.
Also got a variation for a .223. waiting on a straight pull, maybe the new Lantac. Not 100% decided just yet.
Since the No. 5 is likely to be less than half the price of the Lantac, that'll probably come first, but I'm in no rush for either at the moment. Not long bought an AI AT that I've only done load development before a new house purchase/renovation has eaten all of my free time :(
