.223 PPU FACTORY AMMO HELP

#1 Post by ellmerfudd »

Good afternoon everyone, I have some .223 75gr match BTHP in green boxes and my rifle loves them, if I do my part it will shoot really tight 5 shot groups at 100yds all day, now my question is this someone has told me the new blue box stuff is slightly faster and doesn't group the same, just wondered if anyone has used either and what they think, I'm going to buy some next week and try them and hope they are as good as the green box stuff, if not I'm going to have to go the reloading route, which I don't really have the space or time for, cheers (pic is 5 shot group with the 75gr green box stuff at 100yds on 11x mag with bipod and rear bag)

I have only shot blue box and it was OK in the Rem700 tested with however it was certainly not outstanding in any way with the setup I used.
