Shot Show 2011
The SHOT show is to be held next week and has in the past been a suitable arena for manufacturers to release new equipment.
I was wondering if fellow members would be interested in posting under this heading, any new equipment pictures / reviews, that they find on other sites.
I will do my best, I know last year someone did a daily e newspaper which was very informative.

My mate, who works for one of the UK's importers/distributors is there at the moment.....
He called me last night and complained that it was too big! He was running around like a headless chicken scared he'll miss something!!! What a shame for him...

In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

The last Shot Show I visited was massive! I picked up a range-finder and clocked the length of the hall - 400 yards! And there were four of them!
6mmBR are up and running with their coverage.
Cheers

Re: Shot Show 2011
I may have missed the link but I have not seen the "SHOT Show newspaper" link on Accurate shooter. Was there one or were all the stories ran on the daily bullet in?
The firearm Blog http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/also managed to get to the show and he has reported on a couple of interesting developments.
I thought some might fancy a MP40 or Sturmgewehr 44 in .22lr, picture on the above link. Looks like the MP 40 may be too short for us in the UK.
I have yet to see any SHOT Show releases from any of the Optical companies. Has anyone seen anything?

Not very good if they are prone to jamming as in the video. Gimme a Remmy pump any day.
