Yes, rod, pole and perch, whatever they might be. Quite logical in their way, multiples of standard items for measuring length, but the devil's work for arithmetic. I would imagine Army engineers used the 22 yard long chain for much of their measurement, so it's perhaps surprising we don't have 110 yard and 220 yard ranges!
