howa 1500 moderator bush size?

My brother in law got a Howa 1500 in 223 calibre a few days ago and a T4 moderator was purchased a few days later (direct from Jacksons factory to the local RFD).
The howa is the normal hunting width barrel (not the varmint) the problem is the bush on T4 the does not let the barrel pass through it does anyone know what size of bush is required for the standard howa 1500 barrel.

I had a similar problem, so I removed the bush, screwed the moderator on, measured the OD of the barrel at that point and that is what you need, the thing is they tend to supply bushes in set sizes and then you machine them to suit, if you are stuck I can machine the inside of the bush out for you, it is literally a 5 minute job even if they are a bit of a pain to grip properly, I just need the bush and the internal diameter needed.
