I've thrown grenades in the UK. There are brieze block walls and if a grenade is dropped you just step behind the wall. It was rather unnerving to see the places where grenades had scooped out a chunk of wall though.

Crap marking though, waving something in front of the target is hardly a good alternative to quality marking, the least he could do was put his finger over the previous hole so the shooter knew where he was...
