Yoga....
I have suffered with a bad back for many years. A friend has recommended taking up Yoga as a way of stretching and easing the muscles of the back but I have always thought that Yoga was a bit like being a vegetarian, not really my thing......that is until I saw this. Maybe it will cure my stiff back................!!!!!!!!!!

Last evening I took my grandson to his martial arts class. As usual I dropped him off,saw him safely through the door and took myself off to the pub. It's the closest to the training venue. They do a pint of Ruddles Best Bitter for £1.99 a pint. I risk one pint (driving)..The pub is one of the cheap and cheerful places that do seriously cheap food.... for example two fish and chip meals for £6.99. have to say the meals look and smell good. Last evening at 1900hrs the place was quite busy. Being on my own I sat quietly 'people watching'.... Lots of things struck me. here are just a few. The very bad language used even in mixed company. Nobody seems to wear footwear other than 'trainers' Even middle aged men. The number of older men who wear track suit trousers! Ditto ear rings. The number of people who have to disappear outside for a fag every two minutes. And last evening. There must have been about thirty people in the pub and I saw only one other person wearing a poppy and that was a young barmaid. And back to the point of my post. On returning to watch the last five minutes of my Grandson jumping about. I parked up and right in front of me through the glass window I could see some kind of dance class going on. Most of the ladies were on the plump side but a couple were really trim. And were very energetic 
............. Hope they are there again next week.

Jenks.....you sound just like me....I see all that you see and I can't help but comment, my good lady wife listens for a while then says in that exasperated tone "Have you quite finnished moaning?".......
As for dance classes, well, I used to go to the local Council run gym, as I worked in the evnings I went during the afternoons, I had to stop going, it was bad for my blood pressure watching all those young Mums in Lycra using the excersise machines......phew....
