Frome and District are not a million miles away.

I'm with FCSA and have thus shot with Offas Dyke on IR2 at the School of Inf... The online diary shows a Thursday once a month for HME back to 900.

The best days out at the mo for me are with the FCSA at Javelin on SPTA.

I'm not sure what North Wilts are up to anymore? Tidworth Garrison are another option...

Why does he have to shoot any disciplines? Is just enjoying shooting guns at targets not sufficient for gun club membership?

I’m not sure what part of my comment implied he had to shoot specific disciplines?

If he likes a particular discipline some clubs do more than others, depends what he’s looking to do.

So it is what shooting he wants to do?

Thanks for that clarity, I suspect that many FAC holders don't shoot any "recognised disciplines" all of which I know are competitive in nature but I am happy to know otherwise.

I just find discipline talk a very narrow understanding of shooters and their range needs.

FDPC is a good place to start. Open to all, whatever you want to shoot.

If you want a pistol here they will ask you what disciplines you shooting, target shooting would not be enough.

I’m looking to shoot muzzle loading revolver and some fullbore target with historic rifles.
