All of the powder manufacturers have recipes for the most popular calibres freely available online.
That said, as above I've got a couple of printed books- Lyman 49th and a slightly older Speer one. If nothing else, they're great for looking across multiple powders instantly. And often have slightly more "odd ball" bullets listed (Lyman in particular have a fair amount of cast bullets listed for a lot of calibres).
Yea check out some of Keith's loads but it wouldn't be a good idea to follow some of them. How the guy ever got to live so long has to be one of life's mysteries. I wonder just how many guns he actually blew up over the years while on his development projects.
Loading manuals are fine if you want high velocity loads. For 50 to 100 metre shooting, which is what most of us do with our lever actions in the UK, the Cowboy Action loading data is more appropriate. Assuming your bullet weighs around 240grn, 6 grains of Bullseye or N310 will work well.

I use Unique for plinking loads and 2400 if I want things a bit more exciting. You can get the charge weights from your loading manual or from the powder manufacturer.
