Anybody going to Bisley this weekend for the Western counties and/or the Purples match? It would be nice to meet and put a face to a name. I fear it will be a very wet two days.

I mate. I'm going Sunday but just shooting with a club doing 900 and 600 in afternoon!
It's going to be a pig of a day on Sunday for sure!!

Damn it! Cloudy, wet and windy for much of the weekend with heavy rain and easterly gales by Sunday, perhaps severe on coasts!

I was hoping for a dry and wind-free day as I'm shooting 600 yards on Sunday.

Welly boots! I have some very expensive lovely leather Welligogs that have only been used once - yippee I can wear them again!

Rest of me will get effing soaked though

I think I've been saddled with babysitting duty again but strangely I'm not quite so bothered this time!

Shooting 1000 on Sunday with ENS. Looking forward to some fun wind.

I shall be at Bisley this week end, sadly looking ater a poorly missus.

It IS a pity I'm not shooting, forced, by circumstance, to stay in the dry.

Besides, Miss Fancy Wellies doesn't have room in her mini palma for 'proper' guns

Sorry to hear she is still under the weather John, time to make a concerted effort to get her back on her feet. I was going to suggest rubbing Vic on her chest but maybe not....
