Of late I've been struggling to find my usual reloading powders at my local-ish stockists so did a quick 'net search over the weekend for other stockists that weren't too far away and was surprised to find one that was almost literally just down the road, ok, 15 minutes away but that'll do me!.

A very quick response to an email I sent them on Saturday to confirm they had what I wanted in stock saw me head just over the Shropshire/Staffordshire border after I finished work this afternoon and I have to say I'm very impressed.The shop is well stocked with a selection of scopes and mounts, ammunition in most popular calibres, reloading and cleaning supplies, clothing etc etc as well as a good selection of quality new and used rifles and shotguns.I was told that if they didn't have a particular item in stock they could get it ordered.

The staff, Dan and Will if I remember right (I'm terrible with names!), were very helpful, knowledgeable and obviously passionate about shooting and although I hadn't been before I was made to feel welcome from the word go.

As I said I was very impressed and I think I've found my "go to" shop, for anyone in the East of Shropshire/West of Staffordshire or further afield it's worth a visit.....I shall definitely be going again!

Yes, it's a great shop, and Dan is also a great shot ! Definitely worthy of a visit if you are in the area.

They are only 10 minutes from me, i'll certainly pay them a visit in the new year.
