Somehow I don't think that I would have confidence buying from that company. I know that not all do (vast understatement) but it's nice to know that a RFD has at least an inkling of knowledge.

A lot of it is that an RFD can generally not pay what needs to be paid in order to employ what is required. I appreciate that a gun shop is "retail", but it's not selling shoes. Our sport and hence their business is very technical. To get the level of knowledge required you're going to be lucky. Just see how many experienced people on this board learn something new everyday....

And a business is going to want that knowledge and dedication, utmost honestly and integrity, attention to detail AND an ability to deal with the public, for what is no doubts, minimum or living wage....!

I have bought from them before and they were a good bunch :)
