Ok so my condition says

The 22RF rifle, sound moderator and ammunition shall be used for shooting vermin, ground game and any other lawful quarry, and for zeroing practice on ranges, on land deemed suitable but the chief officer of police for the area where the land is suited and over which the holder has lawful authority to shoot.

The certificate holder may possess, purchase or acquire expanding ammunition, or the missiles of such ammunition, in the calibres authorised by this certificate and use only in connection with the shooting of vermin and any other lawful quarry.

It also states my maximum is .22RF Exp 750

Am I only allowed expanding or can I purchase regular.

Can I shoot compertition or do I need to ask for a variation

It says on your certificate only to be used for vermin shooting.

Your certification department set the condition, best to ask them what they intend it to mean.
