My MSA Sordin Supreme Pro-xX has died

They have just packed up, replacement batteries are not doing the job. Has anyone any tips before I ship them off for repair?

I'm sure you have but you have replace BOTH batteries..... The second one hides in the compartment and isn't easily seen...

The second battery has caught me out in the past. There is service station in the UK that does a flat GBP30.00 repair service however I will try some good quality batteries instead of the Tesco things we have here before shipping them off

Worth the £30 to get them repaired - my MSA Sordin Pro-X are by far the best ear defenders I have ever used.

I shipped mine back to the factory and the free service I received was superb !

Mine are a good few years old and the warranty is only for 5 years.
