Southern Gun Company mini-master (.22lr semi-auto built out of a .223 receiver). Just couldn't get it to run properly and it was ridiculously heavy due to the 18" long, 1" thick bull barrel.

I don't have oodles of firearms I've owned, but it would probably be the HK416.
It's not a bad rifle, it's just not as accurate as it could be (with a decent barrel).
It cycles everything and I've *touch wood* never had it malfunction, misfeed or misfire.
The standard sights are pretty sucky and the trigger pull is HEAVY.
Other than that it's a fine rifle

A Marlin 39D. A real POS in every way possible.

I bought a used Uberti 1858 for a fiver around 5 years ago. After three cylinders of shooting the nipples fully detached and upon closer inspection it looked like the threads in the cylinder were almost stripped. Took it back to the RFD and chuckled; shouldn't have expected much for a fiver! Revolver was scrapped then I bought a new one.

Not sure I could consider one 'The Worst' I had an SGC I could not really gel with, nor a 4(T) which although shooting superbly never really did it for me. I do regret no longer having my BSA 3* from 1915, a sad day when it expired.

The worst was a Star 45acp 1911 clone, I couldnt hit a barn door with it and ended up part exeing it for a CZ75 which was one of the best, only
second to my old customised 586.

Astra A70 .40 S&W, made from monkey metal. Astra have gone bust and disappeared...
Mossberg JM 930, unreliable, no wonder Jerry Miculek doesn't use one for 3gun.

Single barrel hammer 12 bore; cost £2 at auction. No name shotgun, but called a Baikal because the ancient ill-fitting replacement buttpad had Baikal on it!
Hurt to shoot and I stopped after a while because the bore looked a complete mess.
Tried to sell it, give it away, donate it to science...but no-one would take it. Ended up being surrendered to the local police.
