I'm looking at buying a falcon 5.5-25x56 scope it comes with 1cm clicks. Now to me 1cm @ 100M is quite course. Do these course 1cm clicks cause problems for anyone?

Cm clicks 1/10th Mils are so easy to use and I much prefer Mils to MOA.

I use a 1cm click S&B, usually adjustments tend to be 3-5 clicks at 300-600, its very rare that I need to worry about individual clicks as the wind tends to handle that for me  I have scopes with 1/4" clicks and I tend to adjust them in multiples of 4 clicks and even then its usually 10-16 at a time, I still think in MOA but work it out on 2 1/2 clicks to the MOA so 2 clicks is 5 MOA (obviously you have to be flexible with the 1/2 O:-) )

A mil/mil scope is about as good as it gets in my opinion.

I've ended up finding a second hand 4.5-18x56 falcon in mils with mildot ret so saved a small fortune! It's going to go on my 223. Which I'm hoping with some load development can get out to 800 with the 75 grain Amax:)
