I've had my supplies in for a while, must remember to get some clear lacquer though so the stickers can't be picked off!

On a series note if you spray them a sensible colour or design can you not put money on the value as a 'custom' finish ?

Can you share the details (of the scheme, not what you've got)?
I think this is going to be a bit if of a piecemeal process, with some areas more proactive than others
They must know I have one, it's clearly recorded as Lever Release on my FAC

All I got was this in an email.
FIREARMS, ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT AND BUMP STOCKS
Items that are eligible under the scheme
i. Firearms
3.1. Two firearms are eligible for compensation under the scheme are:
1) Lever Release 9mm
2) Lever Release .45 ACP
3) Lever Release .223
4) Lever Release .308; and
5) VZ58 MARS rifle (calibre 5.56 x 45 and calibre 7.62 x 39)
To qualify for compensation, the firearms must have been acquired, or the owner must have contracted to acquire the firearms, on or before 20 June 2018.

While I'm very sorry for those of you that are losing them, I can't wait for the Plod to proudly show off the "very dangerous" pink guns..

About time, I could do with the £.
While I do feel sorry for those having these taken from them but that's pretty much how I feel.I was about to put my LR up for sale when this kicked off.
I would've probably put mine up eventually too, just through limited funds and having to compromise for things I now want more (e.g the Rhino LBR). But I hate the fact that I'll never be able to acquire one ever again or that no one else in the sport will either - yet
another thing we now can't have.

I hope there's no one with a Verney Carron Speedline then 'cos they'll be seriously out of pocket.

I've seen claims the legislation is supposed to come in on 10th December and everyone who has one is supposed to be informed by 14th. So that gives us until February to enjoy them/shoot the barrels out!
