Anyone know any HS Precision stockists/importers in this country?

I really want one of these stocks: http://www.stockysstocks.com/servlet/th ... cal/Detail but they don't seem to ship to anywhere other than US :(

I think I'm pretty set now on the following:

Remington 700 .223 (possibly Police version - heavy barrel)
HS Precision M24 stock
Badger Ordinance Tactical Bolt Knob
Harris 6-9" Bipod

What i'm not so sure on and I'd welcome comments is:
Magazine system
Optics Rail
Scope

I've been looking at the millett LRS-1 scope as its not overly expensive, however it doesnt compare to leupolds and schmidts - however I just don't have the kind of cash to put into the high end scopes right now, maybe something to upgrade later. so anyone with experience or knowledge of sub £500 scopes please chime in. One thing i like about the millett is the way the turrets have a locking collar and the ease of zero, that i havent seen on any other scope (not that i've seen many to be fair).

Ideally I'd like to be set up with everything I need for (well) under £2k, but I'm not even sure thats plausible :(
