Robin, what's the glass on your other two?
The above post probably contains sarcasm or some other form of attempted wit, please don't take it to heart.

My local shop has a number of Nikons.
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

NO - they have NIKES - get that optician to check your prescription again ya boss eyed gimp.
If your eyes get any worse the only glasses that'll do any good for you will require you to qualify as a welder

At least I'm able to see whether there is actually powder in the case, before seating the bullet....... And everything else associated with that. :squirrel:

You're on dangerous ground here Sim, you do realise you're well within the range of a greased Guinea Pig lobbed from a 2" mortar on the borders of Scotland? (and he has an endless supply of the little buggers!)

Nah, no risk Jeff, he greases the guinea pigs for other, not so savoury reasons... sign01

Trouble is with the mackem, is he's as rough as a badgers ar$e and should be prevented, either by legislation or force, from owning such a marvel of Italian flair and engineering.

Anyway, my cunning plan, which is nearly complete, involves a deal on my latest aquisition, an almost mint S1, Browning Auto 5 police shotgun.... tongueout

Cool :good:

I just got an excellent deal on an ATI "Tacticool" stock set and pimped up my 870 Wingmaster DeLuxe, not as pretty as the wood but at least I don't have to worry about damaging it :good:

Next to do is my Handi Rifle, got another ATI stock kit coming in a couple of weeks, my friend is off to Fort Drum (New York) to visit her son who's in the US Army. I've got 5 boxes of stuff sent to him for her to bring back including a nice extension mag and shell holder for the 870
