We do need to read it and make sure we are all happy with it before it is moved forward so if anyone feels they can add to it or even just agrees with it then please do say so.

I've been away from this thread for a bit, just read the proposed rules.

Don't think the trigger restriction is workable - not possible to enforce. Also, my CZ 223 fox rifle has a trigger lighter than that and has done for years - one of the reasons why Charlie isn't a fan!

I am not sure how the deer thing is going to work. While I get the reason for using it, the fact that deer can be shot in Scotland with a rifle which is illegal in England is one of the great stupidities of shooting laws in GB, so I am wholeheartedly against this being in the rules for a new shooting class. Also if this goes beyond our shores (and it well might, it's a good class) then using deer laws in the UK seems rather silly IMHO.

I propose simply that the limits are set - 22CF with minimum of 50gr bullet as I read that. Apart from that it looks rather fun.
