Slick action?? I gotta come in on this one me son,have you ever shot a slicked up marlin?? Well im here to tell you that on the gr circut we slick the actions up so you can rack it with the fingernail of ure little finger!!! When are you next at a gr event at bisley i invite you to try..........

I love my Winchester 94AE (it means angle eject so can be scoped).
Not as popular as the Marlin perhaps,but i still maintain its the better looking rifle.Furthest i've shot it is 100mtrs and was suprised with its accuracy.

I had a 94AE Winny, and it definately looks and feels more like a rifle should than a Marlin - but found it unreliable. When I got the Marlin, I had it 'tricked and slicked' and a trigger job done from new - I've only cleaned it once in the last 1000 rounds...and not a single jam
