Dont get me started, Mine ran out in February, visit happened in September and still waiting.. p*** poor tried to call, left messages and emails nothing.

An article in a national newspaper explaining how the Police aren't checking for links to the criminal life is probably a good incentive to get them applying....

Why bother applying themselves when they can just steal them from existing owners thanks to the Gun Trader leak and subsequent publishing of every member of the sites name, address, contact details and location, which is still very much out there

Back around 1995ish an acquaintance of mine shot and killed another acquaintance (we all drank in the same pubs in town) with his legally held pistol over a drug dealing feud.

I was out of the country at the time and when I eventually came back to the UK and found out about the killing the first thought I had was how on earth did get an FAC when 'everyone' in town knew he was a drug dealer!

I'm 'sure' things have tightened up since then though....probably.....

I rang my licencing office to day with a query about my certificate. (Cleveland) the Guy emailed me a new certificate and informed me that a paper copy is in the post. The whole thing took half an hour.
