Well they do look a bit less "fugly" with the barrel shroud on but at £1500 - £2100 I can't see me buying one!

Only a little. But I don’t think there’s any way of making it pretty due to it’s unique design to start with.

The Rhino has really made some fans in the US. The design no doubt contributes massively to he way the gun handles even will full house .357 loads. Felt recoil, even with the 2” version is described as negligible and muzzle flip again, nothing when compared to other guns in its class. Even the shape of he cylinder, with its flat sides to make is as thin and hence concealable as possible, has already been copied.

But there’s always down sides. The single action mode is achieved by operating an “external cocking aid”, that is small and smooth. The double action is touted to be long, heavy and definitely staged. And how the aluminium frame will stand up to “regular range use” is another thing.

But, I don’t think it’s fugly at all!

Got to agree. Manufactured in Italy, shipped and imported to the US, then distributed around the States results in an average $1000 retail across the models. Put an extra 6 inches of barrel and a steel rod on it and hit £2K inside (for a while) the EU!

They will always hold their money I’d reckon, because I don’t think they’ll sell many....

I know nothing about revolvers, let alone LBR, but what price do you put on a revolver called "Aristocrat" that feels home at a Steampunk fancy dress party ?

I am interested in these and I'm glad to see anything that adds more choice to the UK (mainland) market. They have an acquired aesthetic admittedly, though given our laws what LBR/LBP doesn't instantly start with a massive handicap in the looks department ...

I had a look at these today standard one just under £1500 and they do a 9mm now thats interesting.... but they are ugly sorry.

ARISTOCAT is the name of the manufacturer of the sight rib...
