It's in a Samson mount and has the switch view lever for speed.
I've shot using 45deg irons in a match, surprisingly easy.
That was a previous visit and the scope was a 1-4, could have used the lever to switch from 1x to 4x, but hands were full with the mandatory reload. Really needed the 4x on the plate rack, so left the scope on the 4x and used the irons. Using high mag that close is always slower, for me.Gh0st wrote:

Ah ok makes sense now. I guess the downside is having to adjust the magnification.
