I came to this empass 2 years ago and let a number of my queens go, a number on this forum. When your disciplines change you end up with a tough choice. I wouldn't let my rifles go for pennies, I don't need the money from the sales, just wanted them to go to a good home for a fair price.froggy wrote:Bummer ... anyway that is what I keep telling my wife, I sincerely hope she does not read your post ...
It must be an age thing but I don't have any "fun" guns whatever that means. I shoot seven club level competitions and one national competition therefore I have eight guns. A while back I took a hard look at what I had and moved on the guns that didn't fit in with my shooting anymore. I regard myself primarily as a shooter not a gun owner.leeroy7031 wrote:I came to this empass 2 years ago and let a number of my queens go, a number on this forum. I'm coming to this point again where I may reduce the rifles I own and concentrate more on a smaller number which I hope to shoot better. Fun guns are no longer fun if they are not accurate, I've been down that road and got lost in the fun zone. Now I want rifles that outshoot me and I don't question my kit when the shot goes wrong.
Good luck with the sales, or how you dispose thereof
