Froggy, I would suggest vapour honing, it gives a nice satin finish on stainless.

Just about anywhere that does anodising will do vapour honing

Another alternative is soda blasting, instead of firing sand or silica media, it fires bicarbonate of soda as it turns to a fine dust on impact, so it is good for cleaning dirt off items you don't want damaged too.
My brother had his tractor soda blasted clean, but I'm unsure if anywhere will do something so small as a watch bezel?
