I think Dromia is asking for the following wordage: "seating the lead bullet into the brass case."

Head =/= bullet, the only time the "head" should be referenced to is with regards to the case head, i.e. where the "headstamp" is labels the calibre the case is intended for which may or may not include the manufacturer of the case.

if the head of the brass is the bottom, is the bullet head the bottom of the bullet? so you are saying you aren't doing it upside down :p

For Priming I use a Lee Hand Held (New version). Plastic lid has broken on both small and large primers, but a bit of tape holds it in place to get the job done.
