Ah, the cat. We used to use them in the Army. Great bit of kit but don't believe that they are amphibious - many aren't. Enter the water with caution.

I did wonder about seeking one for my own, but almost had kittens when i found out how much they're asking for a decent one. I'd dearly love one for stalking.........maybe when i win the lottery.

Spent many hours bouncing around the tops in this one. Go just about anywhere and when it does get bogged in it's light enough for two chaps to man-handle it out.

When I worked as a stalker we used to have Steyr Puch Haflingers, the good thing about them too was if the got stuck you could just manhandle them out. Great little things in their day. We also had a snow cat and a couple of skidos that worked surprisingly well on the flough.

Jenks,

Argos can be good to but they bottom out easily on rough terrain. They also cost a fortune to service.

Argos are the baby of the family by a very long way. Supacats make Discovery's look small and they get places an argo would never get too. It is the only way forward
