Yes.

Best leave instruction of a nominated RFD where they can be held pending settling the estate, and allowing recipient to apply for appropriate slot on ticket, if not already having a free one, or making sure dependents if any, apply for temp permit.

A guy in our club was intending to do this with his collection last year after he was given the 'its the end of the road' chat by his doctor.

Sadly, he never got around to making the arrangements before passing away a few months later.
