In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

They share many similarities to rabies victims in that they froth at the mouth for no apparent reason and they're phobic of water (well washing anyway).

Mackem = Peter Squires, but without the IQ.

Even the Welsh look down on Mackems.

You're South of the Tyne, Mark, you might as well be French... lol

Pre-1973? & the boundary changes, Mackemshire WAS Co. Durham...hence why Sand-dancers all supported Sunderland, but North of the Tyne they were all bed wetting Nancy boys & favoured the Magpies. Added proof of this can be that the further North you stray the more extreme the perversion: wimminz skirtz as national "costume " & even stranger football antics.

Cestrians? Aye, the first & fourth letters are bang on...plus the last time owt of note happened there WAS the Romans turning up to sort out the riff raff & show them what baths & toilets are. A lesson still not grasped....

Too far South =MonkeyHangers; though I hear lass has improved now she gets that electrolysis on the NHS/PDSA & her tyre stopped falling off the tree....& SmoggyLand. Heart attack central & kiddy fiddling, of an evening.
Further South? MrsSimG haunts them shores. Dodgier than a box of cockney bullets! It's her turf....and when Greggs are shut she's often found munching an acre or three of it.
