Suggest a *bulk* lube for tough sizing/forming

I'm looking for a bulk lube for more challenging sizing operations (anything that is applied using a pad or individually to each case is therefore not suitable - this must work for thousands of cases processed 500 at a time).

I've had great success with lanolin & alcohol via spray for most regular sizing, but it is not cutting it for tougher sizing/forming work. Has anyone had experience of other lubes that work well in this scenario?

Possible options include industrial silicone spray lubricants, synthetic motor oil (e.g. Mobil 1).

Ideally the lube should be removable by tumbling (rather than washing, wiping, use of a solvent etc).

If anyone can recommend a specific brand or specification from experience that would be much appreciated.

Best thing I've found is RCBS Case Slick spray, absolutely the slipperiest case lube on the planet. Unfortunately I have to bring mine back from the US as it's not to be found over here

Supposedly, the BEST case lube SPRAY is the stuff that Dillon makes...the RCBS stuff is nicknamed "Case Stuck spray" by some users in the US

Also check the specialist reloading forums in the US to see if anyone suggests any product other than the Dillon spray

Wrong one, that's the white bottled stuff. This is the one I mean, absolutely as slippery as a slippery thing that's had extra slippyness added :)

My understanding is that Dillon spray is Lanolin & Alcohol, and that it works great until you start asking too much of it (just like my experience with my own lanolin & alcohol brew). I've processed tens of thousands of cases using lanolin without a hint of a problem, but when I switched to a die that was only a half to one thou tighter I had 3 cases stuck in quick succession. The problems went away with RCBS lube on a pad, but that isn't an option for bulk work.

I've certainly heard widely polarised views on Hornady One-Shot - some swear by it, others loathe it. In most cases people aren't doing anything particularly demanding, so unqualified recommendations have to be taken with a pinch of salt.

My research of US forums suggested the 2 options I mentioned (industrial silicone spray and synthetic motor oil), so I'm hoping to find a specific product/specification (not limited to those 2 options) that's available in the UK and has been used successfully.

All I know is that it has a very mixed reputation, as I mentioned, and all the comments I've seen that specifically relate to using One-Shot with forming or small-base sizing say "Don't!".

Have you used One-Shot in more demanding scenarios?

It's possible, but there are already 2 sizing steps and it would introduce other challenges and complexities into the process. I'd like to find a lubrication solution since the process has been proved to work extremely well with the right lube (we just need to find the right lube for bulk application).
